Papers include correspondence relating to aims and implementation of the proposed Civilian Industrial Technology Program and to hearings concerning legislation creating the program, and research suggestions and proposals. Also, Fisher's master file documenting an effort in 1961 and 1962 to bring a water pollution control facility for the northeast region to Cornell. (The facility eventually went to Harvard University.) Also, visual material concerning the history of transportation, including 1029 35mm slides, 507 prints, and miscellaneous construction sketches and calculations.
